Senior Mechanical Engineer-

Job Description:  Santa Clara based high tech design/build firm seeks a Design Engineer with at least 10 years experience in mechanical and electrical systems, microelectronics, solar, commercial building, facilities systems, base build, tool install, HVAC (clean room and commercial), toxic gas, chemicals, process systems, DI water , knowledge of electrical and power distribution, equipment layout, scheduling, CAD and Project Management. Individual must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to understand and manage a budget, superior creative and innovative ability supported by a broad knowledge and skill base, and a proven record of accomplishment of successful design execution, both independently and as a project lead. Position requires PM skills and some management of others. Candidate should have familiarity with local City permit processes . Knowledge of building Codes, Fire Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes, Title 24 requirements, and Toxic Gas Ordinance is required.

Designer/CAD Operator -

Individual must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to understand and manage a budget, superior creative and innovative ability supported by a broad knowledge and skill base, and a proven record of accomplishment of successful design execution. Candidate should have familiarity with local City permit processes.

 Construction/Project Manager -

Job Description:  Santa Clara based high tech design/build firm seeks a Construction Manager or Project Manager with at least 10 years experience in construction and installation of cleanrooms and clean room related tooling equipment.  The successful candidate must be familiar with microelectronics tool installations, mechanical and electrical systems, microelectronics, solar, commercial building, facilities systems, base build, tool install, HVAC (clean room and commercial), toxic gas, chemicals, process systems, DI water , knowledge of electrical and power distribution, equipment layout, scheduling, CAD and Project Management. Individual must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to understand and manage a budget, superior creative and innovative ability supported by a broad knowledge and skill base, and a proven record of accomplishment of successful high tech construction execution. Position requires PM skills and management of contractors. Candidate should have familiarity with local City permit inspection processes.
